Hey guys, its been so long that you probably would have forgotten that I even exist!
I just started a blog and wandered off in my own world but, I’m backk!
I just wanted to blog today about the things that happen in our lives and the way we always regret it or push it away just because we’re too scared. Whenever life gives you a tougher challenge we should always welcome it and not just run back.
It usually happens this way because we are all adapted to a certain kind of environment and when that certain thing moves away we get disturbed and get out of the track.
When all our favourite people start moving away from our lives and we start feeling that we’re left with nothing , it’s really difficult to go through this.
Some of the best ways is to just relax your mind and think of it this way: that changes come in everybody’s life and the best way to deal with it is to just not focus on it and get strong.
I’ve been through something like this and all that has happened is that it has left me weaker . I’ve tried not to think of the negative but the positive sides of my life and I’ve felt better.
If you are going through something like this then, one of the best ways is to start listening to your best melody or humming to your favourite tune-helps too. Start reading a good book or be creative and just be in the moment. Do all such things that makes you happy.
I don’t know if most of you know how to meditate but it is really calm and cool and it does help you a lot. I practice meditation everyday and I suggest that you too try meditating just for 2 or 5 minutes a day and just see the effect of becoming more calm and relaxed.
So guys this was how I calmed myself through tough times.
